Ingredients
- 10-12 manicotti, al denté
- 15oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozarella, shredded
- 3 tbsp parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- marinara sauce
Instructions
- Prepare manicotti noodles as directed for al denté.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Make the filling by combining the cheeses, egg, parsley, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the marinara sauce into the pan.
- Fill each noodle with cheese filling. Place noodles on top of sauce in pan. Pour remaining sauce over the noodles.
- Cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes.
