Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic, or more if you’re into it
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 15oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in pan. Sauté the onion, garlic, and parsley until onions are transparent.
- Add all other ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes.
Tips
- crushed tomatoes can be a good sub for diced if texture is issue.
